Terms of Sales
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms of Sales are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of a downloadable eBook in PDF format through the website www.openspace3d.com. Any order placed on this site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

3. PRODUCT
The Product sold on the Website is the electronic book (eBook) “Introduction toOpenspace3D”
The content and specifications of the Product are described on the Website. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in presentation may occur.
4. PRICE
The price of the eBook is displayed in euro and does not include applicable taxes.
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. ORDER
To order the eBook, the customer must follow these steps:
- Select the version (language) of the eBook
- Once on Paypal you can select to either pay through your Paypal account or using card payment
- Receive the confirmation email with the download link
6. DELIVERY
Upon successful payment, the eBook will be available for immediate download via the link provided on the confirmation email.
The download link for the eBook is valid for a maximum of 3 downloads.
7. REFUNDS
In Accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that can downloaded immediately after purchase.
By confirming the order, the customer expressly agrees to waive their right of withdrawal.
8. PAYMENT
The Website uses Paypal to process payments. We do not store your payment details.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARINFO / I-MAGINER will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or the use of the Product. In case of problem, the customer support can be contacted at contact@openspace3d.com
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The eBook “Introduction to Openspace3D” and its content are protected by copyright laws and remain the intellectual property of ARINFO / I-MAGINER. Reseling, sharing, or distributing the Product without prior consent is strictly prohibited
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the purchase of the Product will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nantes court.
12. MEDIATION
In accordance with the Articles L611-1 et seq. and R612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la Consommation), it is stipulated that for any contractual dispute concerning the performance of the sales contract and/or the provision of services that could not be resolved through a prior complaint submitted to our customer service, the Consumer may resort to mediation free of charge. The Consumer may contact the French National Association of Mediators (ANM) either by mail, by writing to 2 rue de Colmar, 94300 Vincennes, France (including their phone number and/or email address), or by email by completing the online referral form available at the following address: https://www.anm-conso.com.

- The consumer may also visit the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) website.

13. AMENDMENTS
ARINFO / I-MAGINER reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms will be those posted on the Website at the time an order is placed
