OPENSPACE3D V1.7 : New release

OpenSpace3D 1.7 introduce the support of standard 3D files formats! You can now import directly your FBX, Collada, 3DS, OBJ and 40 more 3D files formats.
To follow we have the support of the MYO armband from Thalmic Labs, the update of Leap Motion support and more new features.

NEW 3D MODELS LIBRARY

The Educartec company has decided to offer it’s 3d models library to all OpenSpace3D users! The library is composed of more than 150 models and you can install it optionally with OpenSpace3D 1.7.

MYO SUPPORT

The Leap Motion support have been updated and permit now to detect ordered fingers. You will have to install the Beta version of the Leap Motion driver available here: developer.leapmotion.com.
Domotic X10 plugITs are now distributed with the standard OpenSpace3D setup. Control your home, lights or any electric component with voice command, Leap Motion or Myo with only two plugITs!
The 3D engine have been updated to Ogre3D 1.9.
To not change the habits, we made a lot of corrections and enhancements, integrated our user’s requests and updated the plugITs documentation.
